Implement automatic brace feeding, automatic brace clamping into the carrier, automatic carrier circulation transport, automatic spring strip feeding and cutting into the carrier, automatic spring strip welding, automatic waste removal, and automatic product collection and tray loading.

4) Welding machine failure rate: ≤3% (this failure rate refers to automation's own failures, excluding abnormal incoming materials on site);
5) Actual production capacity: determined comprehensively based on factors such as operator loading/unloading speed, welding machine utilization rate, equipment maintenance time, etc.;
6) Welding machine manpower requirement: 2 people/machine/shift;


Structure Description:

1. Automatic loading machine: automatically separates braces from the tray and feeds them into the welding machine;
2. Automatic carrier circulation mechanism: automatically circulates carriers within the machine, moving products to each workstation for operations;
3. Automatic spring strip cutting and feeding mechanism: automatically cuts coiled spring strips into individual products and feeds them into the carrier for welding;
4. Automatic unloading and tray loading equipment: automatically places welded finished products into positioned trays;
